Attraction Marketing: Some Basics

By Luigi Fedel

One of the more popular forms of internet marketing today is most undoubtedly that of attraction marketing. But many people are wondering what exactly this form of marketing is and what it is all about.

The belief is that this form of marketing is somehow different and spectacular that it has to be some form of secret. In reality though, it is just some fancy name given to a concept which has stood the test of time with regards to any form of business marketing. In this article we are going to go over the basics on attraction marketing so you can do the same and join the many others who are profiting from this technique.

The name in itself is a sure give away. Attraction marketing is all about making the product you choose to market; attractive. Sure you can always throw a webpage up and call it good with the help of some advertisements. But if you really want to make some money, you will have to work for it.

If you want to make your product more attractive, then start off by learning as much about it as you can; the more that you know, the more attractive that you can make it. Just about anyone with a handful of cash can run an advertising campaign to make money, but you really do not need to spend that much money.

By learning more about the product, you are also making yourself more attractive in your niche. You are in fact becoming an expert that people will turn to. In attraction marketing, you are not only making the product more attractive, but you are making your online self more attractive too.

Now that you have the attraction part down, next is to move on to the actual marketing. You really do not want one of these annoying webpages that takes someone an hour just to read; they will leave long before they ever get to the bottom. If the site you are building is focused on that particular product, then make it about that product.

Finally you need to attract visitors. You can do this by several different means such as utilizing your existing networks, building new ones or even using an advertising campaign. Always remember though, that referred visitors are more likely to make you money then those that come through an advertisement or the search engine.
