Marketing on the Internet can be a brutal and vicious experience as you may well know. Making the right decision on how to go about doing your task can sometimes mentally exhaust ones mind. The first thing you need to do is figure out what type of marketing you want to do, then find the right tool to accomplish this task and just stick with it. Don't let your mind play tricks on you from staying focused.
Although this sometimes may seem difficult. Don't worry, just set your mind at ease and stay focused at the task at hand. I know I've been there. I always thought I had to do everything at one time and all I ended up doing was getting confused and not accomplishing anything. I've wasted a lot of valuable time wondering and pondering to much when I should have just stayed focused and been more productive. Here's what I'm talking about.
There is really only four steps when it comes to marketing a website or a blog. RSS feeds, article marketing, sending your site to social bookmarking sites such as Facebook, Myspace, etc. and placing your site on web 2.0 sites such as Squidoo, Hubpages, Wordpress. You can actually create 1000's of backlinks by doing any of those things and create a never ending income stream. I would suggest doing them all.
I know this seems like a lot, but just concentrate on one thing at a time. If you don't you won't get anywhere. Even though there is no particular order on which one you do first, I personally like to send to RSS feeds first because it doesn't take a lot of thought and it works quickly. Then I do the social bookmarking sites for the same reason, then I start working on my articles and then with those same articles with a little twist, start on the web 2.0 sites.
Now even though these are all FREE ways of marketing, you will want to invest a little money on the tools to automate all these processes. The key to today's marketing is automation. Having the right tools will expedite each process so you can move on to the next project. Without automated tools doing these steps can literally take days and weeks to accomplish. If you are working on a low budget, then once again pick one tool at a time until you can afford to purchase another one.
Personally I only use 4 tools right now and they seem to do the trick. I have literally researched dozens and dozens of products and I feel the ones I am using now give me the most production for my dollar. Even if I we're wealthy the only thing I would change would be to add one more tool to my arsenal, but the ones that I have now are very powerful and work very well. Wouldn't change a thing.
The tools I use are very reasonable in price. One of them is a monthly subscription of $67 dollars, One is absolutely free and the other two only cost me a little under $200 for the both of them. That is pretty cheap seeing I get thousands of backlinks from them and can keep using them over and over again for different projects. Even though I didn't get them all at one time they were definitely worth the wait. I am now seeing success.
So what this all boils down to is, you can start seeing success in you ventures if you put your heart into it and be patient. Stay focused and don't let your mind be distracted on every new baby that comes on the market. Find something that works for you and your budget and stick with it. You may run into some learning curves, but face them head on, jump over that hurdle and move on. If you do these things you will have success.
If you are reading this article, then the tools I use must work. LOL. You can check them out at www.bestarticlesubmitters.com.
